I hate that the service is so terrible because the food was great. The idea of a clean restaurant is great but the guests should be priority over cleaning to close, being that they close at 2:30. Its a hassle to get refills and an order even right.

I went there today for a late breakfast and was surprised at how good the food was. Everything was well prepared and the service was outstanding. Definitely recommend & will be returning! Thank you for the fabulous experience! 😁

Amazing service great food

Food was good. Nothing crazy, but a solid breakfast place. Asked for a side of butter to come out with my food and was told they don't have butter. Odd, since when the food arrived the grits very much looked as though they contained butter (as most grits do). My boyfriend's order was half wrong. He'd ordered the waffle combo plate wish hash browns and scrambled eggs with cheese and what he got was home fries and eggs over easy. He didn't want to say anything about it as at this point we just wanted to get out of there... All in all, the food is fine - just don't expect real butter.

It got one star because it's the lowest I could put.Burned bacon in a nasty what seemed like powdered egg omelet. Taters were super salty. Just all around awful. There were 4 of us there together and we all had the same experience. We are less than a 1/4 of our meals, paid the bill and walked out.

Excellent Food and Service

The ribeye steak sandwich was fantastic however, the onion rings were extremely bland. Won't get them again but that steak sandwich... oh yes! The price was on point also.

Our very first time at this restaurant this morning and I was in heaven. The food was absolutely delicious and they cooked my eggs to perfection. Our waitress was such a sweetheart...the entire staff was extremely nice and inviting. We will definitely return.

If you're looking for a good atmosphere, run by a seemingly nice family; it'll have that for you. But if you're just there for this calabur of food, stick with Waffle House. The food is a little higher in quality and prices more reasonable.As long as you don't need to use the bathroom, you'll be fine. We arrived just after that opened and it was still dirty from last night. It's also in an unacceptable state of disrepair ( see pictures)

My favorite place for breakfast. Service and food is great.

We weren't so pleased. There was a very long wait which is understandable, the place seems to be very popular. However, our medium-rare steaks came very rare and greasy. Asked kindly to have the steaks seared some extra. The steaks came out cooked properly but even more oil drenched!The sunroom is a nice touch.

I loved the atmosphere at this place and the staff was very friendly. My bacon was perfect and so were the eggs and biscuit and potatoes. I only give 4 stars because my hash browns didn't taste like they were seasoned. But that's not a big complaint. I look forward to returning.

Good food very fair prices friendly staff

Excellent food.. Me and my wife have been there number of time and everytime we have went the food is always great, hot, fresh. The staff is is polite, friendly, quick to get you what you need. The price is great. Would highly recommend this place to eat.

I call this excellent place often as I like the good air that is outline this place. The staff is extraordianrillyremarkably helpful and professional. The service is remarkablywonderfully fast. Also, the food they cook is first-rate. I frequent more than once and I was always satisfied. The expense is fair. I suggest this place to my friends and family.

I remember when this placed first opened. I've moved away, but anytime I visit I feel like part of the family. Great food, amazing deals and the best staff.

We love this place! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is just as good. We noticed quickly that staff and many customers were on a first name basis and that this was a place that had many “regulars.” It felt very homey and welcoming. We love coming here for breakfast early on Saturday mornings.

My rating is based on the friendly and attentive service I received. I have to say the food is great, but the ladies here go above and beyond to make you feel like they appreciate you choosing THE PARK RESTAURANT. I got so much attention from them, my coffee cup never went empty, not once, so much that in my short stay, I managed to over-drink coffee. I would recommend the French toast, perfectly fluffed and sprinkled with powdered sugar. I will definitely be back!!! They can get 10 🌟 on service

My husband and I just recently moved to Burlington and we've been trying different restaurants in the area. We stumbled across The Park on Google and we noticed the great reviews and it's only 5 minutes away from our house. We are glad we tried it. It was awesome! The service was fast and friendly, the prices are great and the location is perfect!

Went to Burlington for a short stop and searched for a "diner" to stop at. Very happy we found The Park. Big diner menu. I had a great gyro. Very friendly staff.

The food is always good here. Staff is always very friendly. The kitchen is a bit overwhelmed at times when it should be expecting a large influx. Overall it's a good value since prices are very fair and the food is always good.

We decided to stop by on today, Sunday, for breakfast since the reviews were good...as soon as we didn't see cars in the lot, I knew something was wrong...their hours are 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. but the doors were locked tighter than Fort Knox...I guess we'll never see how good their food and service was. At least post CORRECT hours for operating...we was meeting our daughter in Burlington...

Not extremely friendly, but efficient. Food is Greek style diner food. Had a delicious cajun chicken pita. Probably better as a breakfast or lunch spot. Definitely not a date night place

Skip It. We always like to support local businesses on our travels but this breakfast was very disappointing. Seems like lots of locals & maybe due to limited options. Food flavorless, no butter just those whipped spreads that could last for decades. Waffle lukewarm at best. It is inexpensive but in our opinion not worth the visit.Thanks for responding. Had anyone returned to ask if we needed anything I would have asked about butter. I just assumed no since you didn't have heavy cream or avocado when requested. Good to know for future guests though. Appreciate your response.

Saturday brunch was a delight. Great menu though I hesitated to delve into the adventure of Pig brains with eggs. Our table of 6 had a variety of selected plates from omelette to waffles to biscuit sandwich. No one was disappointed. Attentive service added a nice experience.

While the food was good, service was slow due to a rush and I assume lack of cooks given the help wanted advert outside. The waitresses became more attentive as the rest of our party became more disgruntled. The staff was very kind the whole time we were there though. I'd definitely come back, just maybe not when they're too busy.
